  He never even turned up. Said he would be there at 10 am, at 10.45 am called him and got voicemail asked where he was, in case he had not remembered our address, we told him it again, no reply and have still not been contacted as to why/where he didn't even phone to explain. Don't waste your time and money on this business.There are plenty better.

  I have had Scott visit twice now to my home (both corrective). I have a Nylon deep frieze / twist pile (associated Weavers Serenity) they are very light colours.
  I would not hesitate to recommend him, he has a passion for his work backed by experience and training. Just listening to the science/ph matching/percentages shows his strong knowledge and there is clearly a science to matching the actions to the type of carpet. Both times he left the carpet in a state which I know I would have wrecked. He is also reluctant to stop until the job is done, what more can you ask of a person? For these reasons now with any spill he is the person I call.
